According to my knowledge Mumbai Subburbs Where the Realty index Shown now in market at the time of bankrupt of the company

there where no realty index one more thing i would like to disclose with example

The Per sqft rate of that area at the time of investment was 6000 to 10000/- and today it is between 8500 to 17000/-
I am staying at borivali the per sq ft rate was 2500 when i had invested but know it is 6400 to 9500

one more at mira bhayander Especially here i was getting in property with 2000 per sq ft as the same investement as city but for more

growth and stable builder with this many of companies

There the conclusion part is in mumbai business is there risk is also attached but can u do one thing for this investors That city has

given tenative agreent and signed an mou can this be done tenative ownership cant translate to real ownership . already city has failed

so pls give our money as per our agreement let the common people live happily !
Don't Play With Money like gambling in business this is business With common people who want stable income for their live-hood and

play according to the rules of business ! otherwise pay money !
That also according to time if u r giving money then it is business !

But This Thing is totally scam That had taken common peoples lives...

and proposed City Survey no 13, Hissa 9 Area h.r.p. 7-42-0, land entry no. 424,429,430,431,432,433,respectively at village kondale, taluka

panvel district Raigad.


This Project Cost have been rise from the previous levels and now the common man's interest is left in this property who have invested
